Fatal Crash on SR-36 Mile Post 8 in Tooele County.
On November 7, 2020 at approximately 1048 hours, the driver of a maroon Lincoln LS passenger vehicle was traveling southbound on SR 36 at approximately mile marker 8 in Tooele County. A semi was traveling northbound in the opposite direction. For an unknown reason the passenger vehicle swerved in from the semi and crashed head on. The driver of the passenger vehicle was killed on impact and the driver of the semi was an uninjured. The highway was shut down for a few hours.
The deceased driver of the maroon Lincoln LS is a 17 year old male from Lehi.
