UHP “Fill the Hive- with School Supplies”

Utah Highway Patrol Troopers need the public’s assistance – but it’s not for what you would normally expect. Instead of crime tips, they’re looking for donations for school supplies to help students K-12 get the supplies they need for the upcoming school year.

Starting today, August 4th through August 31st, all Utah Highway Patrol Offices will be accepting any new school items a student K-12 might need. Items include:                                       

Backpacks

Calculator

Pencils                                              

Markers

Colored Pencils                              

Highlighters

Glue                                                  

Rulers

Notebooks                                        

Scissors

Folders                                              

Erasers                   

Binders                            

Mechanical Pencils

Crayons    

Lunch Boxes

This effort is to help support the community and get supplies out to those in need.

WHEN: August 4, 2021 through August 31, 3021

WHERE: All UHP Section Office see link for locations https://highwaypatrol.utah.gov/uhp-offices/

VISUALS: Troopers will pass out items to students K-12 at a later date TBD.
