Morgan County fatal crash
On Thursday, August 4, 2022, at approximately 3:30 pm, a motorcycle was Southbound on Trappers Loop near MM 6 in Morgan County. The rider was unable to maintain his lane of travel, left the roadway, and was thrown from the motorcycle. The rider suffered several injuries and was air lifted to the Hospital. Once there, his condition declined and he died of his injuries. Speed appears to be a contributing factor. MCIT has been advised and family notification has been completed.
