I-70 MP 135 Fatal Crash. (Updated)
On October 1, 2023, at 6:00 am, a Ford pickup truck was traveling eastbound on Interstate 70 near milepost 135. The Ford traveled off the left side of the roadway on a gradual right turn. The driver of Ford steered back to the right in an overcorrecting fashion. The driver lost control and went off the right side of the roadway and rolled. A female passenger in the vehicle was not restrained and was ejected from the vehicle. She was transported from the scene by EMS, but died a short time later.
