At 20:02 DPS Dispatch in Box Elder received a 911 call from the passenger in a Range Rover where the driver had been shot while driving westbound on I-84 near milepost 21. The passenger had also been injured and was transported to Bear River Valley Hospital. That witness/victim described the suspect vehicle as a silver Jetta with out of state plates.
