Fatal Motorcyle Crash in Wasatch County

Monday June 3, 2024

On Sunday, June 2, 2024, at approximately 2:21 pm, a pair of motorcycles were traveling Northbound on 189 near mile marker 16 in Provo Canyon. For an unknown reason one of the motorcycles lost control and collided with the center median guard rail. The driver and only occupant was thrown from the motorcycle. The motorcycle continued approximately 200 yards up the hill before coming to rest. The 31-year old make driver stained fatal injuries and died at the scene. Northbound traffic was closed for the investigation and cleanup.
