Initial Description:
At 0515 Box Elder Dispatch received phone calls of an auto-pedestrian crash on I-15 near mile post 356. A male walked into the right hand (no.3) lane of travel, was struck by a semi and killed. A black car with California plates was parked in the right hand emergency lane right were the male walked into traffic. The deceased male’s info was located inside the parked car. It appears from initial investigation that suicide is likely the cause.

The deceased pedestrian is Kyung-Soo Yang, Age 22, of Cupertino, Calif.
