Initial Description:
At about 1438 hours a white Chevrolet Blazer was traveling eastbound on SR-21, 4 miles east of Minersville. The vehicle drifted off the right shoulder for an unknown reason. The driver overcorrected to the left, then the vehicle rolled as it entered back into the eastbound travel lane. The vehicle was driven by a 17 year old male and was additionally occupied by a 14 year old male passenger. Both occupants were unrestrained and were fully ejected. The 14 year old was fatally injured at the scene. The 17 year old sustained critical injuries and was transported to Beaver Valley Hospital, then air lifted to Dixie Regional Medical Center. The westbound lane was closed until about 1845 hours.
