Initial Description: 
      At 0916 hours on April 8th, 2019, a report of a rollover accident was made to Weber County Dispatch. The vehicle was reportedly upside down in the river that runs parallel to I-84. During the rollover, Andrea Catherine Beck, age 38, of Layton, UT, the suspected driver, was ejected from the vehicle and found deceased next to the vehicle in the flowing water.
