Fatal crash on I-70 near the Colorado border.

Initial Description:
        At approximately 09:11 hrs today, a white Chevrolet Malibu with Utah plates with two male occupants was traveling eastbound on Interstate 70 at mile marker 223 (about 7 miles from the Colorado/Utah state line). The vehicle ran off the roadway to the left and then over corrected. The vehicle crossed both eastbound lanes of travel and ran off the road to the right.  The vehicle slid sideways down an embankment and rolled multiple times before coming to a rest on its top.  One occupant was ejected during the incident and died on scene. The other was transported to a Hospital in Grand Junction Colorado with minor injuries.  Speed and alcohol are suspected to be factors in this crash.

The deceased person in this crash is Delvin W Staley, age 30, of Logan, UT.
