Fatal at 11400 South, Southbound I-15
On March 1, 2024 at approximately 5:52pm, a Toyota passenger car was traveling on I-15 near 11400 South I-15 southbound. For an unknown reason, the driver of the Toyota went across multiple lanes of travel and struck the right concrete barrier near the 11400 South southbound on ramp. The vehicle bounced off the concrete barrier and struck an SUV that was merging onto I-15 on the on ramp. Both vehicles came to a stop on the right shoulder. A male passenger in the Toyota passenger car was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
