Critical Injury Crash WB SR-6 to I-15 NB in Spanish Fork
On Saturday March 12, 2022 at approximately 1730 hours, a Dodge journey was traveling eastbound on SR-6. The Dodge Journey crossed over the center lines and went head on with a semi-truck that was traveling westbound on SR-6. The Dodge Journey continued traveling eastbound and crashed into another vehicle before coming to a rest into the concrete barrier.
The driver and passenger of the Dodge Journey were injured in the crash. The driver was transported to a hospital with non life threatening injuries. The passenger was transported to a hospital with serious life threatening injuries.
All other drivers and passengers involved were treated for minor injuries on scene.
