Commissioner Squires Joins Governor on Tour of Wind Damaged Neighborhoods

Department of Public Safety Commissioner Keith D. Squires and Governor Gary Herbert toured Davis County neighborhoods damaged in the recent wind event that hit areas of of Davis County and the Wasatch Front. Squires and Herbert toured the areas damaged by wind in Northern Utah on Sunday including parks, homes and debris collection sites in Kaysville, Centerville and Ogden. Commissioner Squires praised the work by volunteers and city officials to help neighbors and strangers. “It’s amazing how our fellow Utahns are stepping up to help each other,” said Squries. “Grateful to live here.”
