Changes coming to Sanpete & Juab Driver License offices
In an effort to better serve the citizens of Sanpete and Juab Counties, the Driver License Division will be making some changes to the current schedule we have in our Ephraim and Nephi offices.
In Ephraim the new hours will be every Monday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The Nephi office hours will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
These changes will take effect August 6th, 2018.
Ephraim Office Services:
- Learner Permits Issued
- Driver License Issue and Renewal
- ID Cards Issued
- Reinstatements
- All Written Tests Given: Regular Operator, Learner, Motorcycle and CDL
- Call for Road Test Appointment: 801.698.9924 or 435.283.5832
- Call for Driver License Hearings: 801.698.9924 or 435.283.5830
- Payment by Cash, Check, Money Order, Debit Card, and Credit Cards accepted at this location
- All testing processes must be completed 1/2 hour prior to closing
Nephi Office Services:

Also beginning August 9th, 2018 the Driver License Division will be moving our days of operation in the Beaver Office from every 1st and 3rd Tuesday to every 1st and 3rd Thursday, our hours of operation will remain the same from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and
1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
