Cache County Fatal Crash (Updated 7/30/21)
Today 7/28/2021, at about 4:49 pm. A Honda Accord was NB on 89/91 near milepost 20 in Wellsville. The vehicle crossed into the southbound lanes where it was hit by a Dodge pickup truck. The adult female driver of the Honda sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. She was the only occupant. Rainy weather appears to be a factor in this crash. More information will follow when it is received.
