Additional details on the overnight fatal crash at 14800 S I-15 NB

Initial Description:
On Wed Sept 4, 2019 at approx. 2254 hrs, a UPS semi truck hauling double trailers experienced an air malfunction causing the tires to lock up and stop in the no. 2 lane northbound I-15 at 15100 south. The driver of the semi stated he had been stopped for about five minutes before the impact occurred. A Nissan Sentra with a 23 year old male driver impacted the rear of the back trailer at high speed and was pronounced deceased at the scene by medical personnel. The driver of the semi truck was not injured. The semi truck was returning to Salt Lake from Provo and was loaded at approx. 70% full with general packages (Amazon etc.) Impairment of either driver is not suspected at this time. The deceased driver is Jacob A Miller, Age: 23 of West Jordan, Utah.
