Serious Crash on 12th St. Near Ogden
On Friday, Nov 12, 2021 at about 7:50 am, a Volkswagen passenger car was traveling northbound on 3500 West and ran a stop sign at the intersection with 12th St. The Volkswagen was struck on the driver’s side by an eastbound GMC pickup who was traveling on 12th St. The GMC then spun into the path of a semi that was traveling westbound on 12th St.
The teen male driver of the Volkswagen was airlifted from the scene in critical condition. The teen passenger of the Volkswagen was also transported to the hospital in serious condition. The driver of the GMC sustain serious injuries and also went to a local hospital.
The intersection was closed for accident investigation and should be opening shortly.
